We’re committed to ensuring that your pet receives their supplements as quickly and reliably as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order processing

  • Same-day dispatch: We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery options & costs

We offer flexible shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Free next-day delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free Tracked 24 next-day delivery.

  • Tracked 24 (Next-day): For orders under £50, next-day delivery via Tracked 24 is available for £3.45.

  • Tracked 48 (2-day): For a more economical option, we offer Tracked 48 (2-day delivery) for £2.95.


Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking information. You’ll be able to follow your order's journey from dispatch to delivery, ensuring peace of mind and full visibility.


Delivery times

  • UK Orders: Depending on the delivery service selected, your order should arrive within 1-2 business days.

  • International orders: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping. However, stay tuned for updates on when we may expand this service.


Delivery delays

We’ll do everything we can to ensure you get your order on time, but please note that delivery times may be affected during busy periods such as bank holidays and some courier delays are outside of our control.
