How quick is delivery?

We aim to process all orders made before before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders over £50 are sent on a free next-day delivery service, otherwise it’s £3.45 for Tracked 24 (next-day) or £2.95 for Tracked 48 (2 day). What are the directions for use?

We recommend sprinkling or mixing CliniPaw into their daily meal at the recommended dose based on your pet’s weight. If preferred, a small amount of water can be added. Alternatively, simply sprinkle on a dish or mix with their favourite treat. If required, CliniPaw can be given at twice the recommended dose for a period of 4 weeks, but always consult your vet if you have concerns about your pet’s health for advice.

Can CliniPaw be given to puppies?

Yes, from the age of around 6-8 weeks once they have been weaned and are interested in solid food.

Do all CliniPaw products contain natural ingredients?

Yes, we use a range of proven materials from natural sources. Some of our materials go through an extraction or hydrolysis process to improve the benefits for your pet.

Can CliniPaw products be given together?

Yes, your pet can benefit from all of the CliniPaw products at the same time.

Can you give CliniPaw products to pregnant and nursing dogs?

CliniPaw can be beneficial for pregnant or lactating dogs, but please consult your veterinarian before use.

Is CliniPaw hypoallergenic?

Yes, CliniPaw products are considered hypoallergenic as our special Chicken Liver flavouring is hydrolysed which means the proteins have been broken down into small peptides and amino acids. Please study our ingredients list if your pet does have an unusual allergy (e.g. Yeast).

Is it dangerous for my dog to have too much CliniPaw?

We suggest sticking to the recommended dose based on your pet’s weight. If required, CliniPaw can be given at twice the recommended dose for a period of 4 weeks. If you do give multiple doses at once, there’s nothing in there that should do your dog any harm, but please consult your vet if you have concerns about your pet’s health.

If a pet is on medication, can CliniPaw products be used at the same time?

There are no known concerns relating to taking CliniPaw alongside medication, however please make your vet aware of supplements you give your dog when they’re prescribing medicine so that they are aware.

Can CliniPaw be used in conjunction with other supplements?

In short, yes. But if you have any concerns or questions please contact our team.

Will my insurance cover the cost of your products?

Can I change my order? 

If your order has shipped, you can't change your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet and you reach us in time, we will of course do our best to change your order. Please contact us at hello@clinipaw.com.

Can I cancel my order? 

If you want or need to cancel and your order hasn't shipped, we will of course do our best to cancel it. Please email our team at hello@clinipaw.com.

If your order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes to it at that time. You can simply refuse the package upon delivery or send it back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will automatically refund you.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. To return a product, please check our return policy and reach out to support through the Help Center.

When can I expect to receive my refunds? 

Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
